Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Thank you for shopping with us.. The first 100 orders on each drop ship the same day they're placed. Once a colorway sells out, remaining orders are preorder-only, with delivery in 3–6 weeks.

Shipping Time & Cost

We offer free shipping on all US orders, with delivery in 5–8 business days after processing. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at hello@richbrat.us

Delays

While we do our best to hit these timelines, delays can occasionally happen due to high demand or carrier issues. We'll do our best to keep you updated if your order is running behind.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
